Biorhythm program we use was originally produced in 1997 by

Everything that happens
around us in the nature is periodic. We are influenced by cyclic
changing of the seasons, moon shape, day and night etc.
Every human life is influenced
by these factors and 'works' periodical way as well. Scientists
have discovered body cycles that are known as biorhythms. These
cycles can influence things such as: coordination, immunity to disease,
strength, mental stability, moods, logic thinking, ability to learn,
memory recall, instincts, etc.
Charting your biorhythms
can give a very real indication about your capabilities at a given
There are three known
biorhythm cycles: physical, emotional, intellectual. Each
of these cycles starts at the time of birth. From this point, each
of the cycles starts to rise up through its active phase until it
falls back to the zero level. Then it continues through the zero
level to go on to a passive phase. Then it raise again to the zero
level to begin all over again.
Each time the cycle crosses
the zero level from the active to the passive phase, it is said
to be in a critical state (critical day).
When the cycle crosses
the zero level from the passive to active phase it is said to be
in a zero state (zero day). In the active phase the abilities
associated with the particular cycle are high. When the cycle is
in its passive phase the abilities are diminished.
During the critical day
the associated abilities are unstable, and you should be really
careful during that day. The 'zero day' can be various. The abilities
are unstable during that day as well.
However this day is better
than a critical day because the cycle is heading towards the active
In practice we are under
influence of the combination of all the cycles.
Critical or Zero Days
The magnitude of the cycles has no significance except to indicate
negative, zero and positive values. Days in which a curve crosses
the center line are known as critical days. On these days, you system
may be in turmoil. Things are likely to go wrong and you may be
more accident prone.
strength, stamina, immunity to disease, potency, coordination,
resistance to pain
The physical cycle has a period of 23 days and controls our
energy, vitality, stamina, vigor, endurance and initiative.
When our physical cycle is up, we are more likely to feel
better, be full of energy, and less likely to become ill.
When our physical cycle is down, we tend to tire more easily
and are more apt to catch colds and other illnesses.
mental stability, sensitivity, moods
The emotional cycle has a period of 28 days and controls our
sensitivity and temperment. When our emotional cycle is up,
we are more likely to be cheerful, creative, artistic and
sensous. When this cycle is down, we are more likely to be
moody, bad tempered, irritable and depressed.
ability to learn, memory, analytical thinking, logic, decision
This cycle has a period of 33 days. When it is up we think
quickly, solve problems effectively, do well on tests and
retain facts to memory. When it is down, we display poor memory
and judgement. We may find it hard to concentrate. Poor decisions
may be made during this period.
How to Use?
Using the Biorhythms applet is very simple! Enter your date of birth
and date for which you would like to see your biorhythm cycles (report
date). Initially the date of birth and the report date are set
for the current date (this is why you can see the cycles start from
the same point on the chart). To view your cycles press [Plot]
button. To find out the biorhtyhm percentage level for particular
day, click on the chart on the date you are interested in. The date
you have clicked turns red. You should be able to see the levels
of your cycles for that day in the bottom panel. You can also browse
forward and backwards in time to view you cycles for next or previous
month using >> and << buttons. If you want to set the report date
for the current date just press the [Today] button.
