It has total 2700 sq. ft.and is located in McCaysville, GA: 2 hours North of Atlanta, GA; 1 1/2 hours East of Chattanooga, TN; 3 hours South of Knoxville, TN; or 1 hour West of Murphy, NC.

| This unique house is 80% recycled. The exterior is "lexan" a polyurathene that has been cut and hand painted to reflect black. |

Because the house is constructed of steel we were able to have a 44' walking bridge to the house. | |

The view out the window is of Fightingtown Creek. Sometimes see fish jump (stocked trout) |

The decks are on all sides. The strength of the steel holding the decks will hold a 7 story house. |
| Shaded walkways abound. The house has 6" thick walls with thickest insulation so it holds heat and cold. | The staircase hand-welded from "Spencer Gift Stores storage floor" Galvanized metal. It is 12' wide and 3 stories tall. | ||

There are full bathrooms on each floor. The kitchen overlooks the river. |
| The middle floor holds the master bedroom and walk in closets, Jacuzzi and outdoor shower, plus bathroom and laundry and views!!!! | Coming soon: photos of the top floor. You enter into this floor. The hallways are 4' wide finished in quarry tile. First you see a row of closets and a circular staircase to the king sized loft. Next enter into a 22' x 22' open space. To the left is a large full bathroom. | ||
